PRODUCT
Questions about product design and usage.
1. The Spinfire Sports team has created the most fully-featured ball machine on the market today.
2. The included two-year warranty is second to none.
3. It has a display and a lot of diagnostics with visual feedback.
4. It includes AC-only capability.
5. Each machine is mostly DIY repairable if parts ever need to be replaced.
6. It has an advanced design internal oscillation mechanism, which reduces wear and tear, makes the machine quieter, and allows for faster shooting to different horizontal angles horizontally.
7. The design of the machine involved a lot of engineering. For example, it is the only sensor-less and, therefore, all-digital ball machine in the world.
8. The construction is extremely high-quality, with an anodized aluminum interior and a custom roto-molded body and hopper.
10. Customer support is excellent. We are available 365 days per year during business hours. We will return calls and emails every day including after-hours, holidays and weekends.

Yes, this was one of the first thoughts behind bringing the machine to the lacrosse world. It is very hard for lacrosse goalies to find good shooters to work with, so the machine allows for goalies to get lots of good shots on their own. Also, there are drills designed by Trevor Tierney for the goalies to use on the app.
The machine is not designed nor intended to shoot lacrosse balls. Doing so will result in voiding of all warranties.
We wanted a machine that could shoot the balls hard for good training. It's not really that safe to put a machine that shoots lacrosse balls 80MPH in many places, so this is a much more convenient and safe method. Also, we took the pressure out of the tennis balls, so there is a slightly thicker rubber ball which feels more like a lacrosse ball. Finally, tennis balls are a fun way to develop muscle memory for all lacrosse players.
Many high-level college programs use tennis balls in drills as a way to develop skills. You can develop the muscle memory that you need with tennis balls in a safe and effective manner.

The Spinfire Lacrosse Trainer is covered by an outstanding two-year warranty on parts and labor.
You can also purchase a five-year warranty for $199, which includes all parts.
Note that this machine has five motors, two switches, a power jack, a membrane control panel, and a circuit board with a display, the latter being the most expensive at $300. Motors typically cost over $140 each to replace. We do not require you to return a warranty card to validate it, as we will keep a record of your purchase (feel free to hang on to the emailed receipt as well).
The battery is warrantied for two years from Spinfire and another nine years from Dakota Lithium. The case and cables have a one year warranty from Spinfire.
